Why Facilitation?
Facilitation skills are being recognised as an essential competency for managers, leaders and others responsible for ensuring groups, teams or organisations achieve their objectives. Effective facilitation is a potent means of dealing with complex issues and circumstances faced by groups. Employing the skills of facilitation increases the effectiveness of meetings and events, helps to resolve conflicts, increases participation and enables groups to make informed, quality decisions. Facilitation supports an organisation’s success through the design and delivery of processes that enable groups to work more effectively, to harness energy and productivity and attend to interpersonal issues that impede performance.

Format
The six-day programme is run over three months to give participants maximum opportunity to apply the skills and learning in their work situation.
